Vendor Space at MakerTree Park for August 19th & 20th 2023: Handcrafted Artisan Event.
IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY BEEN APPROVED AS A VENDOR AT MAKERTREE PARK FOR THE 2023 SEASON, PLEASE FILL OUT THE VENDOR APPLICATION BELOW, AND AWAIT OUR APPROVAL, PRIOR TO REGISTERING FOR VENDOR SPACE(S). ONCE APPROVED AS A VENDOR, YOU MAY THEN REGISTER FOR ANY OF OUR SEASON HANDCRAFTED ARTISAN SHOWS.

This non-refundable fee is for (1), 12' x 12' vendor outdoor space at MakerTree Park, for the purpose of promoting and/ or selling crafts, art, farmed products, bee/ honey products, food items, services, approved entertainment, etc....
If additional vendor space is required, simply select the quantity of 12' x 12' spaces you will need adjacent to each other. (e.g., selecting a quantity of two 12' x 12' spaces will result 12' x 24' available vendor space)
August 19th: Show Open: (10am-6pm) Vendor setup: (8am-10am)
August 20th: Show Open: (10am-3pm) Vendor setup: (8am-10am)
If you're unable to attend the event in it's entirety as a vendor, you may state in the "Special Instruction" notes during registration Check Out, which of the day(s) you will be attending as a vendor. Registration fee will remain the same, though there's no penalty for single-day attendance for example. We would simply like to list you as a vendor for the day(s) you'll be here vending.
MakerTree Park Handcrafted Artisan Show Vendor Requirements:
MakerTree Park Handcrafted Artisan Show Events, will strictly hosts crafters and artisans who make, grow, produce or fabricate their art pieces themselves, with no retail products sold or on display at the Craft Show designated events. Vendors offering tarot, psychic readings, Reiki and/ or other related services will not be approved for the Craft Show designated events. Any vendors selling CBD or cannabis related products will not be approved for the Craft Show designated events.
MakerTree Park will host separate events for vendors selling retail, affiliate or mass-produced products.
MakerTree Park Obligations:
MakerTree Park will provide vendor the requested space(s) as ordered, 12' x 12' each, On-site vendor and attendee parking, limited power for vendors requiring electricity (primarily reserved for food vendors), 10' x 10' shade canopy for musical entertainment (when applicable), porta-potties, and picnic tables.
MakerTree Park will advertise each event on MakerTree3D.com, Facebook.com, FestivalNet.com, AllEvents.com, EventBrite.com & other online resources, as well as placing printed flyers at local businesses.
MakerTree Park will provide the Facebook event link, as well as the MakerTree Park website pages with each confirmed vendor, for the extended sharing of the event details.
Insurance & Liabilities:
MakerTree Park is insured for our own liabilities, though we require each vendor to have their own insurance for their property and products/ services at events.
Pets:
MakerTree Park does not allow vendors to bring & keep pets at their booths.
Camping:
MakerTree Park does not allow overnight camping for vendors.
Smoking:
MakerTree Park asks all vendors NOT to smoke within the vendor tent spaces, including their own vendor space. Instead, MakerTree Park will provide a space where vendors may smoke with a cigarette disposal unit. Please respect our beautiful park, by utilizing the cigarette disposal units.
Weather:
MakerTree Park schedules the Summer Craft Shows for once each month, so any sho cancellations or replacement dates due to inclement weather, would be announced on the MakerTree Park Event Schedule page and the MakerTree Park Facebook page.
