MakerTree Park Obligations:
MakerTree Park will provide vendor the requested space(s) as ordered, 12' x 12' each, On-site vendor and attendee parking, limited power for vendors requiring electricity (primarily reserved for food vendors), 10' x 10' shade canopy for musical entertainment (when applicable), additional shade canopies for attendees, porta-potty, and picnic tables.
MakerTree Park will advertise each event on MakerTree3D.com, Facebook.com, FestivalNet.com, AllEvents.com, EventBrite.com & other online resources.
MakerTree Park will provide the Facebook event link, as well as the MakerTree Park website pages with each confirmed vendor, for the extended sharing of the event details.
Insurance & Liabilities:
MakerTree Park is insured for our own liabilities, though we recommend each vendor to have their own event insurance for their property and products/ services.
MakerTree Park does allow vendors to bring & keep pets at their booths, though we expect all pets to remain leashed, and in-control. Vendors who do choose to bring pets, will be assigned a vendor space at MakerTree Park designated for those who have pets.
We also expect your pet to be kept in a way that reduces their interaction with attendees or other vendors and/ or their pets. Vendor pets may be walked on leash, in a designated area of MakerTree Park, assigned for this purpose. The same insurance & liabilities policy listed above, applies for vendors who choose to bring pets. MakerTree Park, owners, or staff are not responsible for liabilities that may arise from the inclusion of a vendor pet.
Please understand, while we love animals too, not all people want to interact with your pet, or want their pet to interact with your pet.
Vendors (and the pets their responsible for) which don't follow the general pet guidelines, will not be invited back to MakerTree Park.
MakerTree Park asks all vendors NOT to smoke within the vendor tent spaces, including their own vendor space. Instead, MakerTree Park will provide a space where smoking vendors may smoke, and have a cigarette disposal unit. Please respect our beautiful park, and don't throw butts on the ground.
MakerTree Park schedules the Summer Craft Shows for twice each month, so there won't be replacement specific dates due to inclement weather cancellations, but instead MakerTree Park will roll over all vendor registrations and activities to the next consecutive scheduled Craft show weekend, where applicable.
